designed a new feature for an android application (smartscan) for united’s ramp service employees. empowering ramp service employees to “plan their flight” allowed them to be more efficient, knowledgeable, and self-reliant.

wireframes
put together low/medium fidelity wireframes. provided ux researcher with prototypes and use cases for ramp-directed planning. iterated on the prototype, taking it from low fidelity to hifi visual design.
